Description: Lexington - 100% Cotton thermal blankets are constructed using multi-ply yarns spun from virgin staple cotton. Certain styles have an intimate blend of cotton and polyester. Our rigid yarn specifications result in less piling, increased tensile strengths, and uniform blends. We weave our blankets using patterns that yield the best balance between weight and performance. Throughout the manufacturing process, all Lexington blankets must undergo 4 quality control checkpoints. Not until they have passed all 4 are they certified as First Quality. 100% Cotton, loom woven snag-less thermal. Block Pattern Hemmed with double-needle stitching Vat-Dyed and Pre-Shrunk In a commercial setting, poor colorfastness can present an unpleasant experience. All of our colors, where indicated, are dyed using the most colorfast dyestuff (Vat-Dyes).
